2017 PlayDate Cabernet

Opulent ruby colored with deep concentration. The nose has ever present ripe notes of red cherries, baked raspberry and hint of vanilla beans. The deep palate is accomanined by a fresh summertime jam with a rich complexity that can be savored at leisure or with an array of different cuisines.

We enjoyed this wine with rib eye steaks at our favorite New Jersey steakhouse The Butcher’s Block in Long Branch. The wine was amazing! I’m looking forward to visiting Faustini Vineyards to make a purchase soon!
