The flagship wine of the Faustini brand. Expressive aromas of black cherry, liquorice, toasted fennel, black olives, grilled meats and dried rose petals. Warm mixed berry fruit mingles on the palate with wild herbs and has a raw energy tempered by pronounced, grippy tannins. The texture is chalky and the finish marked by wild flowers, toasty oak and cassis. Utterly intriguing.
