Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon needs a little coaxing to unlock of powerhouse of profound crème de cassis, blackberry preserves and prunes notions, giving way to hints of Indian spices, menthol, baker's chocolate and unsmoked cigars. The full-bodied palate is full-on decadent, delivering mouth-coating, minted black fruit preserves and a firm texture of ripe tannins, finishing long and oh-so-spicy.
