Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon 1023 charges out of the gate with notes of plum preserves, dried mulberries and fruitcake, plus touches of tobacco leaf, dried Provence herbs and camphor. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers a racy backbone and soft tannins to support the black berry preserves flavors, finishing with a peppery kick.
